Built-in business tools

More than a website.
Useful tools that help win and handle work.

A stronger site can answer pricing questions, work in multiple languages, collect better project details, and give customers a place to keep moving without forcing your team into another disconnected system.

01 / PRICING

Live pricing & estimators

Give prospects a realistic planning range before a sales call or checkout. Calculators use your real rules and can help qualify better-fit opportunities.

02 / LANGUAGES

True multilingual websites

Serve customers in real language editions with dedicated URLs, localized search content, forms, and shared internal operations, not a translation widget.

03 / PORTALS

Client hubs & portals

Give customers one branded place for status, files, approvals, messages, and next actions instead of scattered email threads.

04 / INTAKE

Smarter inquiry systems

Ask the questions your team actually needs, reduce back-and-forth, and send cleaner opportunities into one organized workflow.

05 / CUSTOM TOOLS

Tools built around your business

Add selectors, questionnaires, uploads, project builders, calculators, and other practical tools around the way your customers actually buy.

06 / CONNECTIONS

Workflow connections

Connect useful handoffs, reminders, and existing business systems when they remove repetitive work instead of creating another system to maintain.

Not every project needs every feature. The goal is to remove friction, help more of the right customers take the next step, and make the website more useful after the lead arrives.

Built from real small-business experience

Site at Work understands that a website has to earn its keep.

Site at Work was created by Michael Costantino, a small-business owner who operates companies in event design, fabrication, signage, and specialty products. He has been building websites for close to 30 years, first as a practical way to solve problems inside his own companies. Those businesses needed more than attractive pages. They needed better inquiries, organized files, clearer approvals, useful customer experiences, and systems that reduced repetitive work.

That firsthand experience shapes every Site at Work project. We understand that a website has to earn trust, bring in the right opportunities, support the people doing the work, and remain manageable after launch.

Common questions

Clear before we begin

Build a website investment estimate
What does Site at Work actually do?

We design professional websites, logo and brand identity systems, useful client hubs and workflows, and supported hosting and website care. Each project starts with the business and includes only the pieces that solve a real problem.

Can you create just a logo and brand identity?

Yes. Logo and brand identity work is available independently or as part of a larger website project.

Does every website need a client hub?

No. A hub is recommended when it gives customers or the business a useful place for status, files, messages, requests, approvals, or next steps. Its exact functions are shaped around the real workflow.

Do you work only with Massachusetts businesses?

No. Site at Work is Massachusetts-based and can work locally or remotely with owner-led businesses.

What happens after launch?

Managed hosting provides a supported technical home for the website. Optional website care can cover content, portfolio, search, conversion, and continued improvements. The exact service is documented in the proposal.

What does a project cost?

Use the Pricing & Investment estimator to build a realistic planning range before sharing contact information. Final pricing follows a scope review and written proposal.

Can you build a bilingual or multilingual website?

Yes. We can build true language editions with permanent URLs, localized search metadata, forms, and shared business logic. The goal is one website system and one internal workflow, not disconnected sites or an automatic translation widget.

Can you add pricing calculators or other custom tools?

Yes. When they help customers make a decision or reduce repetitive work, we can build planning estimators, selectors, structured questionnaires, uploads, project builders, and other practical tools around your rules.
