Clear information about the information you share

This notice explains what Site at Work collects through this website, why we use it, and how to ask about your information.

Information we collect

The structured inquiry and pricing proposal request may collect your name, business name, email address, phone number, website, business details, project goals, timing, estimator selections, and the answers or links you choose to provide.

The website records limited first-party interaction events—such as primary call-to-action clicks, inquiry milestones, estimator use and completion, proposal conversion, project selections, and manual customer-journey playback—so we can understand whether the website is useful and where visitors encounter friction. These events contain a random session identifier, language, page path, and short predefined interaction codes. They do not contain your name, email address, phone number, IP address, website, notes, search or URL query strings, or typed form content.

We also use Microsoft Clarity to understand aggregate use through tools such as session recordings, heatmaps, and interaction reporting. Clarity may process technical and interaction data such as pages viewed, clicks, scrolling, viewport, device, browser, and comparable usage signals. Public inquiry and proposal forms and their confirmation areas are explicitly marked for masking, and analytics events never send the values entered in those forms.

Our hosting and security services may also process standard technical information such as an IP address, browser type, request time, and error details so the website can operate and abusive activity can be limited. The inquiry system stores a protected hash of the submitting address for rate limiting rather than displaying the address in the owner inbox.

How we use information

We use submitted information to understand the business problem, decide whether the project may be a good fit, respond to the request, prepare the next step, maintain accurate business records, and protect the website.

How information is shared

Information may be processed by service providers that support website hosting, data storage, security, communication, website measurement, and multilingual inquiry translation. Microsoft processes Clarity data under the Microsoft Privacy Statement. Clarity may use cookies or comparable identifiers according to its configuration and applicable consent requirements. For a multilingual inquiry, customer-written text may be processed by an AI service to create an English working translation for authorized staff. The original customer wording is retained and remains the authoritative submission. We use service providers only as needed to operate the website and deliver the requested service. We do not sell personal information.

Private client workspaces

If a private workspace is enabled for a client, access is limited by account and project membership. Private pages are excluded from public search indexing. Important actions can be recorded so the project history remains clear.

Retention and your choices

We keep information only as long as reasonably needed for the request, the working relationship, business records, security, and applicable obligations. You may ask to review, correct, or delete information by emailing inquiries@siteatwork.com with “Privacy request” in the subject line.

Protecting your information

We use practical administrative and technical safeguards, but no website or storage method can promise absolute security. Do not submit passwords, financial account details, health information, or other sensitive records through the public inquiry.
